Our cosmetics products can be delivered to you by air, by sea, and by express company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT )

Normally the small order and the sample we will deliver via DHL. When you place an order to us, and our warehouse will pack and inform our delivery agent come to our factory pick up the goods then arrange delivery to DHL HongKong warehouse, and from there the goods will be pick up loading to airplane delivery to your countries.
PS. When the goods arrived in Hong Kong warehouse then we can get the DHL tracking number.

When the goods arrived in Hong Kong warehouse that will not immediately pick up to load in airplane delivery to your country.

Normally in the off-season that will be pick up to load in airplane within 1-2 days.
Now is a busy season, as the holidays (Christmas) are coming, and plus COVID-19 problem. too many goods sending out from China to other countries, and DHL airplane are limited, and they cannot handle all of the parcels immediately. all parcels need to be scheduled one by one. so the products pick up to loading in the airplane will be longer than normal time.

All of the express companies (like FedEx, UPS, TNT ) are facing similar problem.
